Health Ministries
Our health ministry team seeks to educate and provide opportunities to live and choose healthy living choices. From exercise to eating to sleeping.
Our normal schedule is as follows:
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm: Aerobic walking & chair exercises
Wednesdays at 5:30pm: Strength & stretching exercises
Every 3rd Saturday at 12:30pm: Healthy living & eating discussions (with vegetarian food samples)
We also provide regular free health screenings: cholesteral, glucose, anemia & BMI
